Very bad experience. The drive thru employee, had no knowledge of recipes when asked questions about chocolate drink recipes,she then ran my pay card it allowed me to sign,but didn't process correctly . Instead of communicating that with me while at our car, she disappeared and came back with someone else,.. This took her an extra 10 minutes. We ran the same card. again and it then worked. Next time you mess someone's drink when there is 15 plus cars in line you should probably learn to deal with differently. You let him sit there and taste the first one for at least 2 mins and again with the second. I sat here for 20 minutes for a cup of coffee. I will never be back here since you obviously don't care about anyones time, watching the people just sit and talk to this customer and others instead of working real nice.
