Absolutely unacceptable. I found a plastic seal from a syrup bottle inside my drink. It appears the employee opened a syrup bottle and accidentally dropped the seal into the cup without noticing. I had already started drinking before I saw it. This is a basic food safety issue and should never happen. Very disappointed with the lack of care and attention
