I normally stop by 7 Brew about 3–4 times a week, and everyone is always friendly and provides great service. However, Michael’s customer service skills really stood out to me! He was welcoming and attentive. Great customer service definitely deserves recognition, and Michael is a great example of that. Keep up the great work!
My daughter mentioned 7 Brew Coffee and we were in the area in Fayetteville. I had never visited here before. She ordered the Caramel Blonde iced coffee and I ordered the Chocolate Almond French Vanilla iced coffee. I didn't like the aftertaste of this coffee, so I'll have to try another kind one day. The customer service was very good. I will visit again.
