The staff is very friendly. This was my first time going. People have bought me drinks from here before but I never actually visited in person. The gentleman that took my order was very nice and informative. He answered all my questions and made the experience great. I got the sugar free Blondie with sugar free caramel. It is sooooooo good and refreshing. I will be back for sure

I always go to the one on bragg blvd. Love the coffee. I love their variety of SF options. The staff has exceptional customer service skills, always friendly never feel rushed.
I can't say much that's bad about them. The coffee drinks are amazing. The staff is always on point and friendly. There's not much wait time even when packed. There's 2 lines to pull in. I love it
I love 7 Brew. I don't know why the idea of a drive thru only coffee and drink stop hasn't been made the industry standard after becoming a regular here. The staff are awesome, always cheerful, and patient when you have orders for multiple people, maybe you have a big family, or you're getting pick me ups for the office, the staff always makes sure you get exactly what you want.
