There was a young lady who took my order & she was horribly rude! It was clear she was in a bad mood. She was short with me, huffed whenever I gave her cash, and then stomped away. I believe I heard another worked call her Terra or something like that. For a stand that usually has outstanding service, I was appalled by her behavior.
Drinks are always good and staff is very nice but for the last month or so everytime im there its understaffed with cars lined up and a 15-25ish min wait and its setup in a way where your trapped and cant just leave once you see whats going on, you have to try and gage it as your flying by on a major street before hitting the turn lane about a half block down to the street that takes you to the other street where the entrence is.
