There are so many options at this place and I had help figuring out what I wanted by a nice worker named Jash . The people there are so nice to you
My salted caramel chiller was made wrong and they forgot to add the extra shot I asked for. They were just going to add another shot, but Josh came from the back and helped me out. I’m assuming his name was Josh because that’s what everyone else was calling him. He went beyond and hand blended it for me. He took his time and got everything fixed within like 2 minutes. He was really sweet about it and I appreciate him making sure my drink was done right. It tasted wonderful too!
As someone who comes here almost daily, I genuinely don’t understand how this level of customer service is considered acceptable. The last 3–4 times I’ve ordered, my drink has been made incorrectly, and when I come back to have it fixed, the employee is laughing in the booth with coworkers. I’m all for having fun at work, but there’s a difference between being friendly and being blatantly unprofessional.
