I had a very disappointing experience at this location. The manager, Diana Treviño, came across as very unprofessional and created what felt like a hostile environment. During my visit for coffee, I witnessed her yelling at employees in front of everyone, which was upsetting and inappropriate. Management should take a closer look at the atmosphere and leadership at this location to ensure customers and families are treated with respect. Especially employees!
