I usually have great experiences at this 7 Brew location, which is why today was disappointing. There seems to be a newer employee working lately, and every time I’ve interacted with him, the customer service has felt noticeably off. The first time he took my order, he didn’t make eye contact, didn’t say thank you, and seemed irritated just to be there. I brushed it off because everyone has rough days. Burned three times. I am done! First time, extremely slow Second time, made our order wrong. Third time, got cut off in line. Then skipped our order when we go window. Finally, just ask for a refund. Poor service. We will not retire. EVER
Love the favorites and the seasonal coffees.
Slowest 7 Brew, maybe coffee place I’ve ever been to. Lines stretched to the road on both sides, and the workers have zero sense of urgency.
