After struggling to make an appointment with much back and forth with Yadira, she cancels me just half an hour before our appointment stating that she’s running behind. Upon messaging with her while she was trying to reschedule, I see she had recently posted on her instagram stories and she’s posting her Starbucks drink 3 minutes before messaging me. So that didn’t really scream “busy” to me but Just an overall headache scheduling with her and then her canceling me with 30 minute notice, not worth it.

My hair came out so good and the stylist Jessy was so sweet. She did exactly what I wanted. I’m very happy with my hair.

This is my second time visiting 7/12 and it has been one of the best experiences I have had at any salon. My hairstylist Ginette was not only punctual and professional but she delivered exactly the hair dream I wanted. It was my first time experimenting with bold colors and she walked me through the entire process with ease and confidence. I can definitely say I have found my favorite stylist! Thank you Ginette for the amazing work you made me feel so beautiful!

Amazing service!!! I made an appointment with Ginette and she was wonderful she explained in detail how and what it would take to get the haircut that i wanted, she was very professional and made my whole experience easy and carefree. Looking forward to booking my next appointment with her.
