They had us make an appointment to drive in all the way to their office, only for it to be a virtual tour that’s always available on their website, which meant we turned down other apartment tours to make time. I will not rent somewhere sight unseen
This place has been a nightmare…crazy man throwing rocks through families windows..that they could care less. Called the cops when it happened to my daughter and I on Easter morning of all days..cops never came…then they took 6 WEEKS to fix the sliding glass door..tried calling 6 star properties and every time I call, they give me someone else to call and then they give me another number to call someone else so you get nowhere.
These people do not perform matenience or repairs safely and they try to take your deposit without cause. ALWAYS Take photos of your unit upon moving in and out so you can prove that they are the ones at fault.
I haven’t been able to get in contact with April our property manager for 3 months now. We have outstanding maintenance requests including a hole in the wall created by a plumber fixing the neighbors sink. Calls, emails and texts are all just ignored.
