I've ordered from this shop twice now - both times shipping mistakes were made. Second order was placed back in late nov/early December and I still haven't received it. I can understand if people connect and let you know they're running behind, but that hasn't been the case either time. Instead of refunding shipping costs, they offer measly store credit to spend more money with them. Bummed! They have some cute stuff but not worth never receiving your items.

My order hadn't shipped after several days so I contacted them. They said it would ship right away. Another week went by with nothing happening so I finally just went into the store to get it. I was expecting them to be swamped but the store was totally quiet. No customers, one staff member in the back on a computer and one up front doing something on a cell phone. They were able to hand me my order within a minute. So confusing. The staff member was nice but I have to be honest about the overall experience.
