Got a men's fade haircut from Andy like a week ago. The location is inside "Lotte hair salon" just go right inside and you'll see him. Seems like he's renting the place and a chair to operate his business and trying to grow from there. A good place for asian hair cuz he knows how to cut the top part, not just the side hair, unlike some barbers. I can say Andy is the best for Asian men haircuts. Expect to have him spend 45 minutes with you. His place is located in Lotte Hair salon.

This is my second time getting my haircut from Andy and he does a phenomenal job every time I go. I drive 30-40 minutes to get my haircut cut here and it never disappoints. Andy is my go-to barber in Bellevue. What I like about Andy is his attention to detail and making sure his clients feel happy walking out. He goes above and beyond what I seek for in a barber.
