Called them got them to swap out a circuit board which was a 24 volt interface board that allowd thermostat to talk to furnace and heat pump. They system still didnt work, I suspected bad install, they tried to tell me I needed a furnace circuit board, theh ordered and installed it still didnt work, they said I also need a blower motor module, I said there is nothing wrong with the furnace board. 669 Heat technicians(Emilio Flamand and partner Kyle) were very professional and seamlessly installed the furnace, heat pump and needed ductwork as promised. They patiently answered all my questions.
