I am very happy with 669-Heat! Josh has serviced our heat pump in the past and he is professional and very friendly and respectful. I highly recommend 669-Heat.

Feng was a very nice technician..very polite and efficient I have had issues with scheduled appointments being rescheduled at the last minute Until this year that had not been a problem. Not sure why they would think that it is OK to keep rescheduling clients especially long term clients. I will hope that this will not happen again The service from our technician Feng was excellent. He deserves 5 ***** but I will give give 669 only 4 because of the problems of rescheduling.

0 Stars. Total sales gimmick. Tagged a perfectly good furnace out that was deemed 100% functional by two different companies the very next day but have arranged a sales call so they can come in and try to sell new equipment to us. I would never Recommend them and will never deal with them in the future.
