The guys did a great job on this service call. All my questions were answered and they educated me on a few things. Service was great, work was accomplished in a timely manner & professional manner. The guys were jovial and friendly. Awesome job!!!
I'm giving a mixed review - my experience with 669-HEAT has always been good, however, they need to stop using Financeit as a 3rd party loan provider. They are an extremely shady company currently facing a class action lawsuit for their practices. After having payments taken out automatically for a couple years, I missed one payment just prior to my monthly pension cheque. The penalty from Financeit was over 60% of the normal payment, plus they kept trying to put it through without contacting me. A $100 payment went to about... read more
Great response time and great service!
If I could leave 0 stars I would. DO NOT under any circumstance utilize this company for ANYTHING. All they want to do is make you purchase a new machine and get a sale from you. The technician Wei whatever his name is unilaterally changed something on our air conditioner without advising my partner of same. When he was finished told us that our air conditioner (and furnace that was not even being looked at) were both garbage and needed to be replaced.
