I been with this property management for a couple of years now. Very professional and always helpful. Any problems I have with the property, they are one step ahead of me and gets it done asap. Mr. Marshall is about his business when it comes to you wanting to view a property. No having to wait for him to call you back.
Friendly, & helpful staff. Timely maintenance response. Great rental properties!
HOME OWNERS BEWARE: Owner of 66 Rarely answers the phone, hires shady people to do work they are not qualified to do. Hired/paid for work that was never completed and needs to be redone. Spent over a thousand dollars for cleaning and the house is still dirty, paint everywhere, mold and roaches. Breaches his own contract with owners. Does not pay attention to details and rarely walks through the property. I have to agree we ith all the great reviews for Marshall!! He's the ONLY rental agent that cared enough to show me properties fast and was always very pleasant and knowledgeable about the them! He always answered my calls or texts quickly. It's been a pleasure working with him!!!🧡
