I have to give Mr Marshall and his staff five stars. However I don't live on the property anymore due to unforeseen health issues I greatly appreciate all of the help that they were able to give me. They were always very kind to me and worked with me and we're very understanding.
I was speaking with Marshall from here who told me they would help me find something to rent, days went by didn’t hear anything no response to texts or calls. I wouldn’t recommend this company to help find your home because they probably won’t.
I been with this property management for a couple of years now. Very professional and always helpful. Any problems I have with the property, they are one step ahead of me and gets it done asap. Mr. Marshall is about his business when it comes to you wanting to view a property. No having to wait for him to call you back.
Friendly, & helpful staff. Timely maintenance response. Great rental properties!
HOME OWNERS BEWARE: Owner of 66 Rarely answers the phone, hires shady people to do work they are not qualified to do. Hired/paid for work that was never completed and needs to be redone. Spent over a thousand dollars for cleaning and the house is still dirty, paint everywhere, mold and roaches. Breaches his own contract with owners. Does not pay attention to details and rarely walks through the property.
