I’ve been a customer of John Jr. for several years and have tried to be patient and supportive throughout that time. Unfortunately, my experience has been consistently disappointing. One of my biggest frustrations was the scheduling. I would make an appointment for a specific time, only to arrive and watch other customers get taken ahead of me.
