Horrible apartment building… Metcap is very dodgy and scammy in general but this apartment’s management is utmost unbearable. They always try to squeeze extra cash out of you for absolutely no reason they try to milk any last penny you have even if it’s against the lease rights. Even if you submit a maintenance request on the portal they come and fix it but break something else in the process which you have to fix a week later. The cycle keeps going.
