I love it here. Maintenance is attentive and always ready to help. Neighbors are friendly and everyone minds their business. I have no to rodent . And we’re located in a perfect location.
The building is roach and rat infested. They are rats as big as a cat in the back where they keep the trash. The building is poorly maintained. The super is useless. The management doesn't care about your wellbeing just that the rent is paid. There's hardly any heat during the winter cold months.
