Front desk workers were very unprofessional. They tried to excuse me of being a liar with my schedule appointment. Goodluck having an appointment at this practice.
I made an appointment for 2:30pm today & the scheduler told me to be here at 2pm for paperwork etc… So I made it through the door at 2pm, filled all paperwork out by 2:15pm & by 2:40pm, I asked “how long is this going to take?”; I told both the scheduler & the front desk I had an appointment at 3pm upstairs & they asked if I can be there at 2:51pm, so I don’t understand what the hiccup is..?!? I just called NSH on 631 professional drive a few minutes ago. I was talking to a lady in the Hematology department, I told her I wanted to schedule an appointment to have an MRI. She told me that this was Hematology, and I told her I know that but there is also a Radiology department. Can't you just transfer me to the Radiology? That lady could not transfer me. I was called to be scheduled for a biliteral breast ultrasound over a week ago. I asked how much it would be and was told to call my insurance company. On Monday I got a call to confirm my appointment. I went to my appointment on Tuesday and waited for about 30 minutes and was told they do not do that procedure there. I was so confused. Why did I get a call to schedule something ???? I wasted time and money (leaving work early) . I went to Northside website and it says they do breast ultrasound.
