I would recommend this imaging center to everyone Great all the way around
I had a wonderful experience at Northside Imaging Center. The receptionist, Renata, and the manager, whose name I forgot were really nice and went above and beyond to help me get CT scan done. The CT scan staff was also very nice.
Joseph was my technician for a CT and he did a great job. He kept me fully informed and very comfortable throughout the procedure. I would not hesitate to return to this imaging center.
Would rate 0/5 if I could due to how rude the front desk staff are. Specifically, Sophia. While waiting in the waiting room, I observed her smirk and roll her eyes at a few patients. She wasnt particularly nice to me but others got worse treatment. The rest of the office staff weren't as bad but there was a general tolerance of really bad attitudes. Will not come back due to this.
