619 has the best tacos north of the "Proposed Wall". Katie is friendly, attentive and one of the best bartenders in Hampton Roads. Took a former co-worker of mine there for lunch and she's a tacos afficiendo. She was impressed enough to say she'd be back again and I know other friends from upstate that beg me to take them here. Depending on time of day parking can be "iffy" but worth the trip down town.
