I was amazed at how quickly I was contacted. Their installer arrived prepared to quote and complete the job in one visit if need be. He was on time, flexible, courteous, helpful, and just about any other positive adjective I can think of. My carpet looks like nothing ever happened to it. I can't say enough good things about this experience.

Best carpet cleaning service I've ever gotten. Also, spend the money for the scotch guard... I am a believer after spilling a whole glass of chocolate protein shake on a white rug and with about 30 min of cleaning you'd never know!

John from Guarantee System was great. When he came out to provide the quote, he was very thorough. His price was fair. He was very friendly and professional. He showed up on schedule and did a great job. I also had him clean 5 rooms of carpet and he did a great job with that too. I will definitely use them again.
