Two months after moving in, I was informed that the parking lot adjacent to the apartment building is not for tenants. It is for TMobile, Fizique, and 7 Monks Brewery patrons. There is no parking onsite unless you pay an additional $75/month as additional rent for an underground garage that has a waiting list. I was told that the only other parking available is street parking in the residential neighborhood that is already full of cars owned by the people who live there.
