Edited: Had an issue with the parking lot and staff reached out and was wonderful in providing a resolution! Pros: -Clean building with no problems of roaches/bedbugs -On site staff work their tails off at upkeep and are very friendly. Honestly they all deserve a raise for how much they do. -Renovated apartments are nice, especially if you get the in-suite washer/dryer! -Amazing location right next to No Frills and other wonderful stores, not to mention a quick walk to the lake. -New BBQ area free for residents to use -Neigh... read more
Not worth it management is unreliable
Definitely a nice building, but has its ups and downs. If a couple of changes were made I'd happily switch this to 5 stars. As is though: Pros: -Clean building with no problems of roaches/bedbugs -On site staff work their tails off at upkeep and are very friendly. I was referred by a family member and toured two interRent properties. I personally liked the apartment location at 614 lake street. I met Shayan super friendly, pays attention to detail and went far beyond what I had expected. He explained the application process and stayed in touch until my application was approval. Shayan was dedicated always available to respond to calls and texts even on weekends and his off days, which showed a lot of commitment. Thank you to him and I can’t wait to move in.
