Very small 2 bedroom and very expensive
I had a great experience! (Shayan) was very helpful, professional, and always on time. I truly appreciate the quality of his work and his commitment. Also, I would like to thank the management team (Salma) for their support and understanding throughout the process.
614 Lake - Interrent My experience with Shayan while leasing an apartment for my newcomer clients from Brazil was incredible helpful from start to finish. He recorded a video and sent it to me, which saved me from having to travel all the way from Toronto to St Catherines. Shayan was responsive to all my questions, and I highly recommend him. The apartment was very clean, the building is well maintained, and the people were pleasant, polite, and welcoming. Thank you for all your support Shayan.
Edited: Had an issue with the parking lot and staff reached out and was wonderful in providing a resolution! Pros: -Clean building with no problems of roaches/bedbugs -On site staff work their tails off at upkeep and are very friendly. Honestly they all deserve a raise for how much they do. -Renovated apartments are nice, especially if you get the in-suite washer/dryer! -Amazing location right next to No Frills and other wonderful stores, not to mention a quick walk to the lake. -New BBQ area free for residents to use -Neigh... read more
