Maintenance is always on point. Paul who takes care of building 4 is awesome. The two leasing agents are awesome and I really do believe care about the residents. If you read reviews on any other site. You will find most large complexes such as 610 West have the same and or similar issues. The management is doing good things to address them! My lease is up the last day of July. At this point I will say I will probably stay 6 months to a year more. Just hope the price of rent stays fair.
RecommendedI love living here! The pool,sauna, hot tub and the gym! Are wonderful. The game room is a great time to bring friends to do something other then watch TV! Pet friendly! My little guy JoJo loves the dog park. The apartments are beautiful! Don't see myself leaving here! Thank you 610 West!
Beautiful property, never heard anyone above us - (OK maybe once) - Great amenities and staff. Especially Amy Fix - our leasing agent - very professional and always available to answer questions.
Great amenities, clean common areas, responsive staff, great sound insulation between apartments. Super neighbors! Love it!!
Just signed our lease and we love it there! Can’t complain!
Really wish the outdoor pool was open later at least on weekends. I get home late indoor pool is lame I like shooting hoops in the outdoor pool & why have cool color changing lights if I can't even enjoy them literally see it from my balcony every night �
