This definitely is a great place to live thanks to Collette and Cogir. The common areas are always clean, issues are attended very quickly when something happens, and overall just a great management service. I couldn’t be more grateful.
Management in this building is very responsive to requests for maintenance and has gone out of the way to make themselves available for tradespeople. I appreciate the dedication and attention to detail that my issues receive.
The property management is wonderful, they attend your needs less than 24 hours. The building is recently renovated and the common areas like laundromat, mail room and stairs are very clean all times. The community who lives here very friendly, respectful and welcoming. Highly recommended.
Collette is the best property manager I’ve ever had! In general, the Cogir staff is very responsable. Once I had a leak of water in the bathroom and they fixed it immediately the same day. After living here for one year I never had negative experiences.
