My wife and I had been without a dentist for a number of years and we are both so happy we were referred to Dr. Perez by a good friend. Office is modern and clean. Communication has been extremely fast and we were both extremely happy with the level of professionalism and care from Dr. Perez and his team. I haven’t felt comfortable with dentists for most of my life. Dr. Perez completely changed that with just one visit. He was prompt with responding to a scheduling inquiry, friendly and personable from the start of the appointment, listened to my concerns and prior experiences with previous clinicians, and explained everything he did in terms that I could understand. He made sure we were on the same page as far as goals for my dental hygiene care and was realistic about everything.
Great dentist. Gives his honest advice, and doesn't try to unnecessarily upsell you or sell some expensive 'subscription cleaning service' like other chicago dentists. Also took his time to clearly explain the xrays, and all the random teeth related questions I asked. Best dental experience I have had and I hope he stays in business through the end of this century at least
