The location cannot be beat, however, they are pricey for the amount of space given. The walls are very thin and parking is often a battle, even though there are assigned spaces. We moved in while construction was still occurring, and you could tell apartments were rushed. Several outlets did not work, flooring was not complete and coming up, the sliding door to the bedroom was completely misaligned and "could not be fixed" per building management.
My family and I are relatively new to the area, but the staff here made us feel right at home... very warm and welcoming! I love the spacious floor plans and all of the amenities they have to offer, such as the stainless steel appliances and wood floors....it has a very modern and chik feel to it!

Beautiful views from these Modern setting apartments. Surrounded by many cute coffee shops and restaurants. If your looking for something easy and convenient I highly recommend you check out the 606 Apartments! You will love them!
