This company makes a habit of standing people up who are looking for apartments. I can only imagine the experience goes downhill if you live in one of their buildings.
Made an appointment to view apartment, confirmed appointment. Showed up, buzzed leasing office - they answered, then hung up and did not buzz me in. Called again, got VM. Called number on email confirmation, he was really nice but could not get a hold of leasing agents either. Waste of time, based on other similar reviews I wouldn’t bother booking an appointment to view here as you most likely won’t get in.
Terrible Terrible Terrible Management I made an appointment for a property viewing through phone call, and the time is they GIVE ME and even received a confirmation email from the office. But when I arrived on time, the staff told me they couldn’t reach me by phone, so I was NOT ALLOWED to view the unit. What? Just because I missed a call, my appointment is cancelled without notice? Trash management of leasing office. We made our appointment and showed up on time. However it turned out we standing in front of the building got rejected by the buzz. We luckily entered in and found out there is someone in the leasing office and told us we have to reschedule because they made too made appointments for the same time slot.
