Apartment is pretty comfortable. It does get extremely hot and stuffy during the summer as there is no AC system in the building but otherwise during the rest of the year it’s quite nice. Elevator gets closed off rather frequently, and there were some holes in our window screens. Next to a semi-busy road so often there are motorcycle noises at night. Overall, a nice building

Good building, convenient location, and a comfortable place to live. Overall, I’ve had a good experience here.
I would not recommend living at Pinnacle by Avenue Living. During the year we lived there, it was one issue after another, and the management was very disappointing. Security was one of our biggest concerns. There were multiple thefts from the underground garage, homeless people were able to get into the building, and at one point someone parked in our assigned underground parking stall without a permit.
