I recently had the opportunity to tour 600 Nobe at North Beach, and I was thoroughly impressed with what it has to offer. From the moment I arrived, the community felt well-maintained, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed. The leasing team was professional, knowledgeable, and eager to answer all my questions. They provided clear details about the leasing process, amenities, and maintenance services, which gave me confidence in their management.
The leasing office employees are rude and nasty. Heating inside the apartment does not work so I have been freezing everyday. The building fire alarms keep going off in the middle night almost every week. It’s insane. They don’t have an answer as of why the alarms keep going off. I had to submit 10 service requests after moving in. They don’t clean the amenities areas consistently, and they don’t regulate the temperature in the amenity areas consistently. As of today I have officially got approved the lease a one bedroom apartment here, I couldn’t be any more excited. Daniele is one of the leasing agents who I’ve texted back and fourth to and she was very kind the entire time and open to answering my onslaught of random questions. From the looks of it the place seems like a real community and can’t wait to join it. Your property management company can make or break your living experience, mine has been amazing ! I have consistently experienced the best residential supposed services here at the Nobe ! The staff are friendly and helpful! I’d like to highlight Ms. Nichole and all of her efforts, she gets the job done !! Any time that I’ve submitted a maintenance request etc, I’ve received a prompt response. Which to me provides an optimal living experience that’s hard to fine. I intended to continue renting here at the NoBe
