I have lived here for about 3 yrs now.I have not heard any crazy noise.like,neighbors disturbing other neighbors.such a cool environment for kids.The Jerry apartment is good for someone trying to start a life.rent is moderate.the maintenance team is always doing their job whenever a work request is being submitted.The office team is always ready to help.
When needing repair/maintenance they usually answer with in 24 hours.
Muy mala experiencia con la señora Linda, aplique el 20 de junio, me dijo que en 3 dias me iban a dar el apartamento y paso 1 mes y nda. Y cuando iba a preguntar como iba mi aplicacion hacia caras y molesta me contestaba. Y al final me debolvio mi monney order de la aplicacion. Esperando 1 mes para nada.
Definitely was some kind weird racial profiling going on when I arrived to accompany my brother on his tour:( had to walk out which sucks for the owners because he has a really good amount of money saved up for an apartment
It's a nightmare to find an apartment here. Smh
