It's a nightmare to find an apartment here.
I've lived here for 13yrs, that should tell you a lot. The staff is very nice. There isn't a lot of noise, or a lot of people just hanging. Very Nice complex. We have new owners and they are really fixing the apartments up with new everything. I just relocated to the same type of apartment that I was currently in, and the upgrades are amazing.
Living her for 3 year maintenance is fast and efficient apartments are spacious and well distributed, no crazy neighbors making crazy loud noise in the middle of the night. Rent is reasonable in comparison to other places here in Arlington. Parking is clean, we fell safe in are apartment. The office always keeps me updated in any changes or updates.
Horrible place , and the office never helps . My appart floded every time it rain and they never did anything about it . They will call us every other moth saying or lease is not up to date and there is missing information . Make use go look for the papers and when we will bring them say they found them and that they don't need them. For 4 moths we aperentlly did not had a leas . I have lived here for about 3 yrs now.I have not heard any crazy noise.like,neighbors disturbing other neighbors.such a cool environment for kids.The Jerry apartment is good for someone trying to start a life.rent is moderate.the maintenance team is always doing their job whenever a work request is being submitted.The office team is always ready to help.
