Scam, send you garbage jewelry and then you send it back for refund amd they deny receiving it, its been 2 weeks amd still no refund or no emails back. Stay away. Rip off. I want my money
After quite a bit of back and fourth and some issues along the way, I credit the customer service team for helping to do the right thing and correct the issues experienced along the way. The products themselves are quite underwhelming especially considering the price. The necklace I expected to catch the eye a lot more, looks to be of low quality and you can’t even notice that it’s an iced chain, looks like just a regular silver chain unless you get really close, very little shine. I placed an order with 6 ICE Jewelry on June 1, 2025, for a Black Moissanite Clover Tennis Chain valued at over $600 CAD, using Sezzle financing. The product was advertised with Same Day Express Shipping after a 3–5 week production time. As of today, August 2, 2025, the item has still not shipped, and I have received no tracking details or proof of shipment despite multiple follow-ups. They give a guarantee that there will be no tarnish for the first 12 months. The piece I ordered from them became tarnished in four. Even though they supposedly stand by their guarantee, I had to pay to ship the piece back and then have a new piece shipped to me. What kind of clowns are these?
Do not order from this company. I placed an order and received it and after receiving it noticed, I placed the order for wrong sizes. I wanted to return and replace a new order for the corrected sizes, but based on how they have been treating me, I will not be placing a second order at all. Their websites states to email them before sending in the returns & I’ve emailed them numerous times & still no response. I’m going to have to dispute this with my credit card company & also take my business elsewhere.
