I've trained over a year here at 6 Degree fitness. Everyone is very nice. It's big enough to have all the equipment you need, but small enough to be a very personal gym where everyone knows your name. My personal trainer is Paul Mockridge (Nice guy) and an awesome trainer, Very knowledgable in weight training. (I've Been with him over a year). He's Also trained & certified in nutrition as well so has taught me a lot in eating the right foods for healthy living and weight training. If your looking for a great personal trainer... read more
Good gym. Nice friendly ppl. My trainer Johnny is great. Have seen more improvement in strength since I started training with him.
