I am very disappointed in this 6 day cash buys company. They had me to electronically sign papers online. They offered me 19,000. For my house an only put 150. Down for the Ernest money an then the weeknwe were supposed to close he called an said they changed their minds an could only offer me 5000. For my house. I said no way. They said they would send me th 150. Earnest money and it's been weeks now and I have not heard anything from them an they do not respond to my texts either. I was nervous in the beginning selling for cash but they relieved my nerves and walked me through the process. They answered all of my questions anytime I had one. I am happy I chose them to do business with! They even asked if I had questions after we closed. They are awesome people to do business with!
