My experience with Hui Pu was extremely disappointing. I first requested a tour of a rental property on May 26. After several days without a response, I followed up and was told the property would be available for showings after June 1 because the tenant was moving out on May 31. My husband, a disabled veteran, and I attempted to apply for a rental property listed by Ruben Magtoto with 5th Stream Realty at 14731 Raven Hollow Ln, Humble, TX 77396. We disclosed that we have a legitimate service animal for my husband’s PTSD and were then told we could not move forward with submitting an application because of the service animal. Kelly Le the realtor working here is terrible in her communication. She is unhelpful, and crude in her interactions. I do not recommend her as your realtor.
