I had a wonderful experience living at 5th on 5th Apartments this past year while completing a fellowship at Mayo Clinic. The location is fantastic and was particularly appreciated with the ongoing construction downtown. Deb, the property manager, made the place feel like home! I highly recommend this apartment complex!
I lived at the 5th on 5th apartments for 3 years while I was a student at Mayo Clinic and absolutely loved living there. The units were really clean and homey, wonderful location, able to walk to downtown clinic and St. Mary’s (~10 minutes to both). The location was both safe and clean. I lived here for two years and had a great experience. The location is perfect, close enough to downtown for convenience, but still very quiet and peaceful. The property manager, Deb, is awesome and was always a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!
I have truly enjoyed living here for the past year. This is in a quiet safe neighborhood within 10-15 minutes walking to Downtown and within 10 mins walk to Soldiers Field and People's Co-Op so great and convenient location. The property manager (Deb) and the maintenance folk (Bryan, Tim, and others) are top notch and very active in response to the tenants needs.
