I lived here for two years and had a great experience. The location is perfect, close enough to downtown for convenience, but still very quiet and peaceful. The property manager, Deb, is awesome and was always a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!
I have truly enjoyed living here for the past year. This is in a quiet safe neighborhood within 10-15 minutes walking to Downtown and within 10 mins walk to Soldiers Field and People's Co-Op so great and convenient location. The property manager (Deb) and the maintenance folk (Bryan, Tim, and others) are top notch and very active in response to the tenants needs. I had faced a maintenance issue with the washing machine and dish-washer and maintenance fixed the problems within a day, and upgraded the hardware in the apartment... read more
I had an amazing experience living here! Deb was incredibly great and thoughtful, always making sure everything was taken care of and answering any questions with kindness. Whenever I had maintenance issues, the team fixed everything super fast and efficiently. Overall, a fantastic place to live with excellent management and support. Highly recommend!
