5th on 5th was the best place to live. I couldn’t have asked for a better spot. I had a beautiful balcony looking over south Rochester and was within walking distance to work at Mayo and all of the downtown restaurants. Deb was always so friendly and responsive. I always felt at home at 5th on 5th! Anybody would be extremely lucky to live here.
Have had the privilege of calling 5th on 5th my home for 6 years. The management and community have been exceptional in nearly all respect. Deb, the apartment manager, deserves special recognition for all her efforts in making tenants feel at home, giving the property a clean look, and being meticulous about unit issues being resolved in a timely manner.
