Customer service has always been a top priority for our HOA, so we have been pleasantly surprised that 5th Avenue Real Estate Services places the utmost emphasis on their customer service department. We have found that our emails and phone calls are always returned the same day or the following day if some research is required. The owner, Jacqueline Mestaz is outstanding! She is always available to address issues or questions regardless of if its the weekend or evening. You can tell she loves the work that she does and is proud of the properties that she manages.
