Extremely thorough and professional. I highly recommend them.
Awful service. They missed a lot of things in our house inspection it take zero accountability and defend themselves saying the inspection “was almost two months ago, and conditions can change with use, occupancy, and normal wear”. Too bad the house was empty so occupancy and normal wear don’t really apply. Steer clear from them!

Stefan and the entire team are the best - professional, very thorough and explained everything to me.
Joey has inspected the house we wanted to purchase as well as inspected a renovation we later did on same house. He is by far the most competent building inspector I have worked with He diligently highlighted all the areas of concern with photos and proposed fixes. He is also a building contractor so has a deep bench of knowledge in many areas and many trades. I highly recommend him.
