Got lucky when a friend of a friend made a reservation. Delicious apps, yummy entrees and fabulous desserts. Go and enjoy!
The ambience of 5th & Taylor made it a nice choice for a date. The steak tartare was amazing. The venison was not gamey, but was also a bit bland. The duck was enjoyable, but again, was a bit bland. The strawberry cake was delicious and the service was above par.
I thought everything was outstanding. The greeting, the waiter, the food, the presentation and the atmosphere. I loved it ;)
That fried chicken tho..... Great as always!! Keep it up!!

We had an amazing time! The service was awesome and they did separate checks for a party of 12! The food was amazing. This time I had the fried chicken and it was outstanding, maybe the best I have ever had, and the mashed potatoes were divine! I think we had 4 or 5 bowls of them. And then again on the recommendation of the waitress, had the fried apple pie with hot caramel sauce!!!! I was licking the plate! Thanks for a fabulous night!
