5 Grand Autoland Rocks! I was dreading the whole car buying process! Kip, Paul, Ryan, and Rey made it a positive experience. After purchasing my vehicle as is and driving off the lot, I realized the rear window wiper had a bad motor and the CD player did not work. I contacted Rey and Paul. We just purchased our 2nd vehicle from 5 Gand within 1year, each experience was above and beyond our expectations mainly due to a couple of unsatisfactory credit ratings we have. Kip is a miracle worker. When I went to other dealers they wanted to get a deal that day or nothing. Kip worked tirelessly to get me the best deal for my new Jeep. Now I'm enjoying this warm San Diego weather with the top down and the sun shining. Thanks Kip!
