From the beginning of this lease, my experience has been filled with frustrating challenges and poor communication. To start, I was urged during my tour to move quickly on leasing the unit because the homes were “leasing up fast.” I confirmed a move-in date, took time off work, and then received a call two days before the scheduled move-in to postpone it due to custodial delays. 5Fifty5 has been my home for a while now, and I couldn't be happier. It was the perfect combination of a great location, a welcoming community, and an excellent price point for the amount of space. The staff is wonderful, and the maintenance team is very friendly. I truly love living here and look forward to renewing my lease in the spring.
Beware leasing here or at Linc as it is dual managed. I want to express my disappointment with the leasing experience at this property and its management. After paying a non-refundable security deposit, I discovered several unresolved maintenance issues in the townhome, including a broken window in the primary bedroom. Despite the unit being vacant since October, the property was not adequately prepared for move-in.
