5Fifty5 has been my home for a while now, and I couldn't be happier. It was the perfect combination of a great location, a welcoming community, and an excellent price point for the amount of space. The staff is wonderful, and the maintenance team is very friendly. I truly love living here and look forward to renewing my lease in the spring.
Beware leasing here or at Linc as it is dual managed. I want to express my disappointment with the leasing experience at this property and its management. After paying a non-refundable security deposit, I discovered several unresolved maintenance issues in the townhome, including a broken window in the primary bedroom. Despite the unit being vacant since October, the property was not adequately prepared for move-in. Beautiful townhouses!
I've called 5Fifty5 home for about 2 1/2 years now, and I stay for several reasons. The location, amenities (garage, private rooftop, ample size, open layout...) and overall property are a great fit for my lifestyle. And the service—especially the maintenance team?—quite phenomenal.
