Susan almost cried when she saw the most awesome pastry selection ever and found out it is all gluten free! More delicious than imaginable! She also enjoyed a lavender white chocolate mocha
We were lucky enough to find this little gem yesterday on our way to Mount Baker. It is hard to find gluten free, and to find it done well is even more challenging. This bakery has it figured out. We had a delicious breakfast and I left with a large piece of biscotti to enjoy after my hike. We were particularly surprised when we were brought a French press and two cups. We only drink French press coffee at home, so this was an extra treat. The decor and service were also great. Don't miss this one!
I eat here everytime I go to Concrete, which is at least once a week. I look forward to the food, the delightful people who work there, and the warm feel to the place. Em and her people are a real asset to the community.
I'll just say this: if you drive by this place (or near this place!) without stopping, you're crazy.
