The building is in a constant state of construction with little to no communication from management about what or why it is being worked on. Construction dust and noise; it needs much better cleaning. Lack of communication makes me think the owners and management don’t really respect the tenants very much.
I lived in central apartments for nine months and had a great experience. It is a great building for a great price in a prime location in San Francisco. Central Apartments is located in soma and is walking distance to chase center, Oracle park, and several other San Francisco staples. It also is super close to muni and Bart lines. Finally, the building manager, Kendrick, is super helpful and is always going the extra mile to help out the buildings’ tenants.
