I can’t recommend Tom enough. He went above and beyond by helping me work with the county to successfully lower my property tax amount, which directly reduced my monthly mortgage payment. Tom guided me through what can be an intimidating county appraisal protest process and offered valuable advice while talking through different strategies and information we could use. With his help, I was able to get my appraisal lowered by well over 10% which will save a couple thousand dollars come tax time.

Just absolutely wonderful working with Tom--He is hard working, ethical, and so easy to work with.
