Would give 5 stars because I’ve had a really great experience with Dr. Nunez but the RN, Teresa R is extremely rude and cares only about policy. She refuses to help, is basically like “not my problem” and shames you for even asking for assistance from your provider. I can’t believe they would keep on staff an independent contractor that literally has no compassion or empathy for patients. Such a shame it’s a stark contrast compared to who Dr. Nunez really does care about his patients and their overall health.
Incompetent.
Rude staff. Incompetent. Not helpful. Never on time. Flight med/military medicine is the worst, but occupational health and the pharmacy are close 2nd and 3rd! The civilian receptionist at Flight med is the worst! Rudest person I have ever interacted with every single time
The facility is in a great condition. The rooms and floors are always shiny and very clean. Beside that, I personally love the colors in and out the facility (great pick). Very friendly staffs are greeting me at all time. The wait for my appointments are very short. The staffs working really on time! My doctor is very friendly which makes it easy to open up and talk. Very disappointed in the medical group here. I’ve had two incidents now. The first my daughter was sick and I got in contact with the nurses advice line they told me to have her seen on base within 24 hours so I called myself and made an appointment for later that afternoon. I drove 30 minutes to base with a sick child and they told me I couldn’t be seen because the appointment was made for the following day, over 24 hours later and there were no others for the rest of the day.
