I will be contacting Tricare, the DHA regarding this facility. In my 30 years of Military Medicine and as a retire, this place is a disgrace to Military Medicine and the Air Force. I do wish to be contacted. The rudeness and absolute disrespect of the PCM, Medical Records Staff and the Front Desk is disgusting! Having run Naval Clinics I was truly taken back, and confused. Be ready to wait a long time and a giant game of telephone l with these people. I question the people who run this place and who is being chosen to work.
This review is for PA Mark Tenn. He is the best doctor I’ve ever had, on base or off. He is so much more knowledgeable, caring, and in-depth than other doctors I’ve had in my 40 years. He knows things most doctors do not. I really wish everyone had a doctor like him, our hope in the medical system wouldn’t be so lost.
