This review is for PA Mark Tenn. He is the best doctor I’ve ever had, on base or off. He is so much more knowledgeable, caring, and in-depth than other doctors I’ve had in my 40 years. He knows things most doctors do not. I really wish everyone had a doctor like him, our hope in the medical system wouldn’t be so lost.
I can only review so many parts Pharmacy - staff has always been friendly and helpful To get set up for on base services as a spouse and for a child- I’m not sure what that team is called but they were great Women’s health was super awesome and caring The gentleman that helped us get authorization for obgyn off base - literally made my day with that interaction,things moved so quick after his help Radiology staff were very kind when we waited in the lobby with my little one The folks who do blood draws- the woman was so swee... read more
Went in yesterday for what I thought were flu like symptoms. Mentioned that to the front desk nurse, and that I’d like to get tested for it and if positive get a tamiflu prescription. They were very dismissive, saw the doctor, again asked for a flu test. Was told that I didn’t need it. I woke up this morning and felt so much worse, went to an urgent care close to my house (I’m on orders) and guess what… tested positive for influenza A, and got my tamiflu prescription. ☆☆☆- Aug 2025 I’ve been coming here for over a year without any issues. Every time, I went straight to the counter for my refill and it was handled quickly. But this time, after driving all the way and spending my gas and time, I was suddenly told I have to “call a number” instead. No warning, no notice—just wasted time.
