This apartment complex is a great place to live with a friendly and responsive staff, well-maintained grounds and a quiet community.
I've lived here for almost 10 years. Since changing to Affinity Property Management the operations have improved significantly. The office staff is professional and attentive. Maintenance requests are always completed in a timely manner and with great efficiency. Neighbors are quiet and friendly and the property is clean and well maintained. Jason is always such a great help the main office Katie and Sarah are attentive and on time. All of my needs were met by the maintenance crew and the leasing office. I am very happy with my experience thank you!
The amount of communication exceeded my expectations. Maintenence was always very prompt in solving any issues, and management always got back to us within the business day. Anything that affected the whole community was communicated in a timely manner. Also, everyone was so pleasant when talking with them. 56 Commons was an amazing community to live in.
