In just the past week, there have been repeated “false” fire alarms, up to four incidents (3/10, 3/12, 3/16, 3/17), including alarms going off in the middle of the night (around 2:00 AM). These are not unavoidable emergencies. If you get an apt here please come and smell the hallways. Anything but the 2nd floor is okay. We are on the 3rd floor and it smells of pet urine so bad that the smell comes into our apt. We have to stay in our back bedroom. This is a nightmare.
I don't usually leave reviews, but this place is special and deserves a proper PSA: RUN AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS BUILDING AS POSSIBLE!! In our first month, we experienced EIGHT false alarm fire alarms, we had no hot water for 3+ weeks before they finally fixed it, their 'fix' ended up causing a leak and our floors needed replaced, almost ALL of our appliances are broken and we are still trying to get them replaced and fixed.
