Not great... 1) Fire alarm goes off like every other day, blaring through the building and it's always a false alarm. Seems like they test the fire alarm to see if it works many times too -- um I think it's working since it goes off every 5 seconds 2) Crappy tech. If you autopay via Bilt, you will still get emails saying your rent is late. Auto messages with lease renewal offers don't open. Also, you almost never get a reply back when emailing the apartment. ***look at the most recent reviews*** You will see management has gone downhill, you will experience fire alarms non stop making this place unlivable, there is feces/urine in garage/sidewalks. I rarely leave negative reviews, but after months of ongoing issues, I feel obligated to warn prospective residents. For over eight months, our building has had a persistent problem with dog urine and feces in the hallways. The odor has become so bad that guests have commented on it the moment they step off the elevator. It’s embarrassing to invite people over, and it’s unacceptable that residents—including children—have to walk through hallways that smell like animal waste.
