DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Constant water shutoffs, sewage leaking onto cars in the parking lot, broken elevators, dog poop in the stairwells. In just the past week, there have been repeated “false” fire alarms, up to four incidents (3/10, 3/12, 3/16, 3/17), including alarms going off in the middle of the night (around 2:00 AM). I cannot recommend 5550 Wilshire to anyone, particularly families with minor children. While the property markets itself as a luxury community with premium rental rates approaching $4,000 per month, the reality has been deeply disappointing. There are ongoing safety concerns that management has failed to adequately address. Los edificios tienen sus cositas …. Pero como todos los edificios en el mundo .. a veces falla un ascensor , una puerta , esas mínimas cosas muy comunes del uso , pero hay cosas positivas .. el edificio está siempre limpio ! Da gusto estar llegando a tu casa y al entrar al edificio esté impoluto y que huela tan divinamente gracias a la gente de mantenimiento , Daisy , que es fantástica , etc ..
