Great place! They always do their best to accommodate all their clients. Great manicures and pedicures. Lots of colour selection. Everyone is always so nice.
This was my first time visiting this salon, and unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. First, I was concerned about the cleanliness of the salon. The space did not feel clean, and I did not see the staff properly cleaning or disinfecting the tools/devices between use, which made me uncomfortable. I went in for a nail refill and had a few small lifted areas around the edges of my nails. I am very careful with who does my nails, and so when I go into this place for the first time, I explicitly ask what their process is for taking off shellac. They convince me that they use the soak off method, after carefully removing the top layer with a file. Sounds great, and we do the shellac polish. Three weeks later, I go back to have the shellac polish removed as agreed.
