This was my first time going to a nail salon since becoming a mom a month ago, and it honestly felt really nice to take a bit of time for myself. I am very careful with who does my nails, and so when I go into this place for the first time, I explicitly ask what their process is for taking off shellac. They convince me that they use the soak off method, after carefully removing the top layer with a file. Sounds great, and we do the shellac polish. Three weeks later, I go back to have the shellac polish removed as agreed. I had such an amazing experience at this salon ! I got my pedicure done by Len and my manicure done by Min, and both of them were incredible. They are super professional, fast, and very detail-oriented. The salon is clean, relaxing, and the whole team is so friendly and welcoming. My nails turned out perfect and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Highly recommend Len Pedicures if you’re looking for top-quality service!
I only stopped in to get my acrylics removed — a simple, quick service. What followed was genuinely one of the worst nail experiences I’ve ever had. Pricing: $25 for a basic removal. Steep, especially given what you get in return. Service: The technician was visibly impatient throughout. No effort to make the experience comfortable, no communication. Just rushed and dismissive.
