RecommendedI've always wanted to live in a high-rise residential community and I'm LOVING 55 West. My studio is beautiful and it's great being in close proximity to so many neighbors and such close proximity to EVERYTHING Orlando has to offer!!
Awesome place to live! Greystar Management staff are top notch customer service people! The Security and Front Desk Staff are equally fantastic!
There is dog pee and poop everywhere, elevators have been broken for weeks with no end in sight, elevator registrations have been expired for over two months and parking garage gate has been broken for over two months as well. 0/10 living experience.
Rudest, most foul mouthed, Security on a Tuesday night. I don’t know why anyone would pay to live here.
For metropolitan living 55 West sure makes it easy! From moving in to day to maintenance issues they have it covered. I am BLOWN away by maintenance's speedy responses to issues... If you have a problem it is taken care of in a matter of minutes (no seriously minutes). The office staff is beyond sweet even when you are having challenges. Not to mention the people living in the building on move-in day 5 people approached me and asked if I needed help, welcome to the community, etc. My only complaint (not necessarily complaint... read more
Besides the people and pets it's pretty classy! Great place to charm and disarm some bad and bourgeois woman.
There is dog pee and poo everywhere. In the elevators. in the hallways. Next to the pool. In the parking garage. This place is disgusting. Also, prepare to get lots of parking tickets because the garage's equipment for tracking residents is broken. The outside smells horrible, from the garbage water from the dumpster. This place is way too disgusting for downtown expensive living. Part of this issue is because they close the dog park at 10pm, and everyone who lives here is lazy. They have not done anything to try to fix this... read more
