What was advertised was completely false in terms of living quality. Most of my home appliances(dishwasher, washer machine, etc) always broke and instead of replacing the units they would use parts from vacant apartment rooms to “fix” them but would ultimately break down again. The quality of the walls and paint were something out of a hood and not a fancy high rise apartment building. Good: - The maintenance crew. You put a ticket in and the same week it’s fixed. A lot of apartments struggle with this so I’m going to give them their props for this. Bad: - No guest parking. No guest pass. I understand that there is no guest parking as you’re parking in a garage but there should be a way that you’re allowed 1 guest pass a month or something.
