Far from “luxury”. The plumbing in the building is TERRIBLE! My apartment floods at least once a month. It’s so bad the floors are peeling the walls are cracking. It’s been almost 2 years & they have yet to fix it. My cars been broken into BEHIND the “security gate”. The parking spot that I pay for is apparently a community spot . It’s cool location wise but … would not recommend at all.
A superbly managed property, in a wonderful location situated in the heart of downtown, offering a more then exceptional management team that demonstrates the utmost patience and that directly addresses your needs. few days ago, I left a review. As expected, they responded with their standard template asking me to call the office to discuss my concerns. So, I called. I spoke with Kaomi, who said, "Great hearing you. Yes, you are right and I totally understand you." She promised to look into the same issue that has been ongoing for five months. She then committed to a specific follow-up: "We will contact you before we close at 5:00 PM this Friday once Marvin is done with his meeting." 5:00 PM came, and of course, no call arrived.
