The only highlights of this place are the spacious floor plans. I lived here for 4 years previously under greystar, and moved back last year. Big mistake. After a year of cleaning dog urine and feces from in front of my door left by other residents, I paid $750 to relocate to another unit. I was told that the unit would be ready February 28th but I didn’t move in until the mid April. Great tour!!
Leasing is a breeze and everyone in the leasing office is very friendly and welcoming. Biggest issues are building access doors from the parking garage breaking, regular issues with elevators, and tenants filling trash rooms with things that don’t belong in there.
