I dodged a bullet! after reading the reviews, I see that I’m not the only one this has happened to. Once I was approved, they stop answering my phone calls I would email Leslie and it would take days for them to respond. I explained that I’m relocating from a different city and I had questions that needed to be answered to make this a smooth transition. Very fast response by Julio, to both my clothes washer failing; and my toilet running continuously. He was very patient and efficient. Excellent service! Thank you.
Made an appointment to tour the site. Appointment was re-confirmed 6 hour prior. No one showed up! No one answer phones! Concierge had no ability to contact the office! What a mess!!
