55 W Canfield st. Apt 301 My husband and I loved living in Midtown, however, if we could do it all over again we wouldn’t pick this unit. I’ve never encountered such a petty landlord. Upon our arrival (3 day trip across country) she greeted us in a fit of how she should be charging us more rent than she is and proceeded to argue about the Terms of the agreement for over 2 hours (which had already been decided and signed by both parties).
