2 Major turn offs: 1. Washer and dryer never works, it is not free, so you are basically wasting your money on CSC 2. Elevator is down atleast once a month!! So damn frustrating
Terrible experience in this apartments. Washing machines and dryers will not work in any floor. I gave a complaint so many times but no one is responding, Please try to fix it
I wouldn’t reccomend this building or any building to anyone that pmc owns. I’ve lived here now for a little over a year, didn’t have many options as places to go and the price this place offered was more reasonable than others. You’re 100% paying for what you get (or a lack there of). Management does not care at all about their residents. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!! So I recently was trying to apply for an apartment here except the management here doesn't exist! First off it took over a week to get a response about a tour and every time I tried calling their phone always would always go to voicemail like cmon. Secondly while I was filling out the application I couldn't help but notice how outdated this was and how the questions were so misleading... BUT it gets better...
