PMC Property Group is horrible. I was able to get a tour, and I liked the apartment based on pricing and location, but the management is non existent. I was able to get some follow up and started the process to sign a lease, but then I heard nothing. I tried reaching out to management, but no one ever answers their phones. I have lived here 6 months at the time of the review and I guess you get what you pay for. It is what I can afford as a single person living alone. I live on a high floor and my apartment overlooks the park. The view is beautiful. Thats where the good things end. The apartment has one coat closet and one closet in the bedroom. Absolutely nothing else in terms of storage. There is no parking. Hartford parking authority will fine you if you overlap your meter by 5 mins. Oh, 55 on the Park. What a hidden gem—buried under mismanagement and broken promises. This building could be amazing. Spacious apartments with towering ceilings and massive windows? Check. The apartments are Nice. Beautiful tall ceilings approximately 12 to 15 ft. Both the one in two bedroom apartments are very spacious bathrooms. The one bedroom apartments have a weird size living room as most apartments have a galley kitchen within the living room. The Building maintenance equals the 1 star rating. I've been here for 3+ years.. The management company blows and more interest in money and then building maintenance.
