DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!! So I recently was trying to apply for an apartment here except the management here doesn't exist! First off it took over a week to get a response about a tour and every time I tried calling their phone always would always go to voicemail like cmon. Secondly while I was filling out the application I couldn't help but notice how outdated this was and how the questions were so misleading... BUT it gets better... PMC Property Group is horrible. I was able to get a tour, and I liked the apartment based on pricing and location, but the management is non existent. I was able to get some follow up and started the process to sign a lease, but then I heard nothing. I tried reaching out to management, but no one ever answers their phones. I guess I was lucky to get a tour, but after looking at other reviews seems like this is a consistent issue. I have lived here 6 months at the time of the review and I guess you get what you pay for. It is what I can afford as a single person living alone. I live on a high floor and my apartment overlooks the park. The view is beautiful. Thats where the good things end. The apartment has one coat closet and one closet in the bedroom. Absolutely nothing else in terms of storage. There is no parking. Hartford parking authority will fine you if you overlap your meter by 5 mins.
