Seconding the people who’ve expressed that PMC Property Group is terrible. Watch out for sneaky auto-renewal clauses in their contracts.
Elevators are always down. Roaches present
I would definitely not recommend this building, I live in 12 th floor and the elevator goes bad atleast once in a week and we end up climbing 12 floors if you have groceries in your hand that’s it you are done for the day. The parking were expensive, rents are expensive but no good service. I wish there is a review less than 1 star
