I would definitely not recommend this building, I live in 12 th floor and the elevator goes bad atleast once in a week and we end up climbing 12 floors if you have groceries in your hand that’s it you are done for the day. The parking were expensive, rents are expensive but no good service. I wish there is a review less than 1 star

2 Major turn offs: 1. Washer and dryer never works, it is not free, so you are basically wasting your money on CSC 2. Elevator is down atleast once a month!! So damn frustrating
Terrible experience in this apartments. Washing machines and dryers will not work in any floor. I gave a complaint so many times but no one is responding, Please try to fix it
I wouldn’t reccomend this building or any building to anyone that pmc owns. I’ve lived here now for a little over a year, didn’t have many options as places to go and the price this place offered was more reasonable than others. You’re 100% paying for what you get (or a lack there of). Management does not care at all about their residents. The only way these people are quick to reach out to you is if they think you didn’t pay rent.
